Sunday Scraps #86

This documentary about the life and death of the author of ‘On Death and Dying‘ was really poignant / the Apple ‘unsolicited ideas submission policy‘ made me giggle / i wonder how relevant Droog Design really are these days / apparently you shouldn’t make big decisions while grieving / I might attend some of the panels at SXSW UK House / really pissed off that Aroon Sawat perfume is discontinued / Tracey Emin was my age when she was asked to represent Britain at the 2007 Venice Biennale, just saying / walked section 6 of the Capital Ring and that was fun / watched Primer (2005) which was amazing in its low-fi-ness / ‘we are not prompts‘ is so dull it hurts / The Goods of Design book looks interesting / Error 406 call for proposals against tech fascism looks interesting / an excellent critique of AI in the Irish Examiner / I didn’t know what a skip manager was until recently / I’m thinking about contrapuntal forms in music and equivalents in creative careers.

In job seeking news, got my third rejection last week but still in the running for two roles. No new roles have piqued my interest but then the bank holiday got in the way. Realistically, my summer will be spent freelancing so tell all your friends.
