  1. What did you do in 2022 that you\u2019d never done before?<\/span>
    \nStopped caring as much about the wrong things.<\/li>\n
  2. Did anyone close to you give birth?<\/span>
    \nYes.<\/li>\n
  3. Did anyone close to you die?<\/span>
    \nNo.<\/li>\n
  4. What countries did you visit?<\/span>
    \nCanada (flight), Ireland (flight), France (train).<\/li>\n
  5. What would you like to have in 2023 that you lacked in 2022?<\/span>
    \nRomantic love would be nice but I’ll settle for more money and longer holidays.<\/li>\n
  6. What was your biggest achievement of the year?<\/span>
    \nGetting back into the habit of solo holidays.<\/li>\n
  7. What was your biggest failure?<\/span>
    \nHaving to send a debt collection agency after a client.<\/li>\n
  8. Did you suffer illness or injury?<\/span>
    \nPerimenopause has kicked in so the quality of my sleep is awful now.<\/li>\n
  9. What was the best thing you bought?<\/span>
    \nA really lovely Issey Miyake imitation dress from COS.<\/li>\n
  10. Whose behaviour merited celebration?<\/span>
    \nWomen in Iran.<\/li>\n
  11. Whose behaviour made you appalled and depressed?<\/span>
    \nToo many to mention.<\/li>\n
  12. Where did most of your money go?<\/span>
    \nVisits to\u00a0    40 Maltby Street<\/a> again.<\/li>\n
  13. What did you get really, really, really excited about?<\/span>
    \nGetting better at glazing in pottery class.<\/li>\n
  14. What song\/album will always remind you of 2022?<\/span>
    \nThis 2018     Sons of Kemet<\/a>\u00a0album.<\/li>\n
  15. Compared to this time last year, are you:<\/span>
    \nMore tired due to a totally different work pattern compared to last year’s lull     post-project<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  16. What do you wish you\u2019d done more of?<\/span>
    \nLonger holidays and there’s always an opportunity for more cycling.<\/li>\n
  17. What do you wish you\u2019d done less of?<\/span>
    \nEmail.<\/li>\n
  18. How will you be spending Christmas?<\/span>
    \nLunch in Soho with J. and his mum.<\/li>\n
  19. Who did you spend the most time on the phone with?<\/span>
    \nJ.<\/li>\n
  20. Did you fall in love in 2022?<\/span>
    \nMultiple times but never for very long.<\/li>\n
  21. What was the best book(s) you read?<\/span>
    \n    White Teeth<\/a> by Zadie Smith was a revelation.<\/li>\n
  22. What was your greatest musical discovery?<\/span>
    \nToo many     jazz musicians<\/a> to name.<\/li>\n
  23. What did you want and get?<\/span>
    \n    A lovely 9 month contract at the Design Council<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  24. What did you want and didn’t get?<\/span>
    \nA japanese rice cooker and a     chef’s knife<\/a> but that’s because I like delaying my consumer pleasures. I’ve been considering these for years now and never really make a move.<\/li>\n
  25. What were your favourite films of this year?<\/span>
    \n    C’mon C’mon<\/a> kindof killed me.<\/li>\n
  26. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?<\/span>
    \nIt\u2019s on Friday and a cycle and dinner is on the cards. 42.<\/li>\n
  27. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?<\/span>
    \nLess email.<\/li>\n
  28. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2022?<\/span>
    \nChief Design Officer vibes with big jewellery and fun collared shirts.<\/li>\n
  29. What kept you sane?<\/span>
    \nConversations with J. , voice notes with M. chats with mum, dinners on my own, cycling.<\/li>\n
  30. What political issue stirred you the most?<\/span>
    \n*waves at everything*<\/li>\n
  31. Who did you miss?<\/span>
    \nM. who died in 2021.<\/li>\n
  32. Who was the best new person you met?<\/span>
    \nM & F are nice new people.<\/li>\n
  33. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2022.<\/span>
    \nPace yourself, don’t waste energy, concentrate on what matters, care about the right things, not everything. It’s been an exhausting lesson to learn.<\/li>\n

    \n    Every day, I lean on a lamp post<\/a>
    \nI’m wasting my time
    \nEvery night, I lay on a pillow
